About Geoff
Geoff brings extensive legal knowledge to his HR and employee relations consulting practice. His humanistic approach will engage your team while his litigation background brings strategy and big picture vision to his advice. Geoff honed his skills as a labor and employment litigator for the City of Philadelphia and at Ballard Spahr LLP, where he advised large and small clients on a range of labor and employment issues. He has successfully negotiated union contracts and provided counsel in the most contentious of contexts.
